Is there a setup or screen fee?
No. Screens and setup are included in every price.
What is the minimum?
15 pieces per design. Mix any garments to get there: 5 tees + 10 hoodies counts as 15.
Can I mix sizes, colors and garments?
Yes. Every piece with your design counts toward the 15-piece minimum and toward each price break, across sizes, colors and styles.
How are print prices worked out?
Every price is per piece and includes the garment and the printing. Each print spot is priced by its own number of colors (up to 6): the spot with the most colors is full price, and every other spot costs a third less. Bigger quantities cost less per piece.
How does embroidery work?
Small embroidery covers designs up to 4.5 in wide (left chest, sleeve, pocket, hat front) and large up to 10 in (full front or back), with up to 12 thread colors and digitizing included. A busier design than its size covers costs a little more per piece, and we confirm that with you before your card is charged. Jacket backs and bigger designs are quoted. Hats, jackets and vests are embroidery only.
When is my card charged?
Checkout holds your card; nothing is charged yet. We make a proof of your design, and you approve your proof before we charge your card. If a card hold runs out before then (it lasts about 7 days), we send you a new payment link.
Why do 2XL and up cost more?
The bigger garment costs more. There's no extra print charge for bigger sizes.
Do you sell blank shirts?
No. Every piece is printed or embroidered in our Eatontown shop.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 6-10 business days after you approve your proof. Business days only: weekends don't count. Orders of 2,500 pieces or more take a few extra business days.
Every order asks for the date you need it by: tell us when you order, and we confirm it with your proof.
Can I get it sooner?
Rush production is available when our schedule allows: ready in 5 business days +30%, 4 days +40%, 3 days +50%, 2 days +60%. Next day isn't available. The rush fee is a share of the order's product total, before shipping and tax, and we confirm it with you before you approve your proof.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $15, free on orders of $250 or more. Orders of 1,000 pieces or more get a shipping quote before you approve your proof (pickup is still free).
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Free pickup at our Eatontown shop. Pickup hours: Mon–Fri 10:30 AM–6 PM.
Do you do names and numbers?
Yes, on screen-printed styles: $5 a name, $5 a number, per piece.
Can I send my own art?
Yes. Email it to forbesdesignandprint@gmail.com (the contact form can't take files), and we'll get back to you with a price.
Do you do team stores?
Yes. We set up an online store for your team, school or fundraiser, and your people order their own sizes. Ask us about one.
